1. Introduction
Welcome to MeshHub ("MeshHub", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeshHub website, marketplace, applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing the Platform, purchasing digital products, uploading content, or otherwise using MeshHub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Platform means the MeshHub website and all related services.
User means any individual or organization using MeshHub.
Seller means a User who uploads or sells digital products.
Buyer means a User who purchases or downloads digital products.
Content means any files, images, descriptions, comments, reviews, messages, or other materials submitted to MeshHub.
Digital Product means any downloadable file offered through the Platform, including but not limited to STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, FBX, Blender, CAD, and related formats.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
By creating an account, you represent that:
All information you provide is accurate.
You will keep your information updated.
You are legally permitted to use the Platform.
4. Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree not to:
Share your account.
Impersonate another person.
Create fraudulent accounts.
Circumvent account restrictions.
MeshHub may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
5. Marketplace Role
MeshHub operates solely as an online marketplace.
MeshHub:
Does not create Seller content.
Does not verify ownership of every uploaded file.
Does not guarantee product quality.
Does not act as the manufacturer or distributor of uploaded designs.
Transactions occur directly between Buyers and Sellers through the Platform.
6. Seller Responsibilities
Each Seller represents and warrants that:
They own or control all rights necessary to upload and sell the Content.
Their Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
Their listings accurately describe the Digital Product.
Their uploaded files do not contain malicious software.
Sellers remain solely responsible for their Content.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree that they will:
Use purchased files only within the scope of the license granted.
Not redistribute downloaded files.
Not resell Digital Products unless the license expressly permits it.
Respect all intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized sharing of purchased files is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Uploading Content does not transfer ownership to MeshHub.
By uploading Content, Sellers grant MeshHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Host the Content.
Display product previews.
Promote listings.
Generate thumbnails.
Feature products in marketing materials.
This license terminates when the Seller permanently removes the Content, except where retention is required for legal, transactional, or archival purposes.
9. Licenses
Each Digital Product is distributed under the license selected by the Seller.
Available licenses may include:
Personal License
Commercial License
Extended Commercial License
Enterprise License
Custom License
Buyers must comply with the applicable license terms.
10. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
MeshHub does not store payment card information.
Marketplace commissions and applicable fees may be deducted before Seller payouts.
11. Taxes
Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes applicable to their earnings, unless otherwise required by applicable law or facilitated by the Platform.
12. Refunds
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted only under the circumstances described in the MeshHub Refund Policy.
13. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload or distribute:
Copyright-infringing material
Trademark-infringing products
Malware
Viruses
Illegal content
Fraudulent listings
Spam
Hate speech
Terrorist propaganda
Child exploitation material
Content prohibited under applicable law
MeshHub may remove prohibited Content without prior notice.
14. Copyright Infringement
MeshHub respects intellectual property rights.
Rights holders may submit infringement notices pursuant to the MeshHub Copyright Policy.
MeshHub reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing material while reviewing complaints.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated.
15. Reviews
Users may submit honest reviews.
Reviews may not contain:
False statements
Harassment
Personal attacks
Spam
Advertising
MeshHub may remove reviews violating these standards.
16. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Hack the Platform.
Reverse engineer the Platform.
Use automated bots without authorization.
Interfere with Platform security.
Circumvent payment systems.
Manipulate search rankings or reviews.
17. Account Suspension
MeshHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations including:
Copyright infringement
Fraud
Chargeback abuse
Fake reviews
Illegal activity
Repeated Terms violations
18. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
MeshHub makes no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy
Reliability
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeshHub shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Use or misuse of Digital Products
Disputes between Buyers and Sellers
20. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeshHub, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Their use of the Platform.
Their uploaded Content.
Their breach of these Terms.
Their infringement of third-party rights.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeshHub is legally incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
22. Changes to These Terms
MeshHub may modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
